Delivery Guidelines
At the time your shipment is received, it
is your responsibility to follow these guidelines:
Before you sign the delivery receipt
and the driver departs:
· Verify the number of packages
you are receiving.
· Open, unpack and inspect your packages for any
type of damages.
· If any damage or shortage is discovered, please
make a note of it on your copies of the receipt, describing
it in detail.
· You have the right to refuse any shipment that
shows any signs of damage or shortage at time of delivery.
· Your signature, on the receipt, is an acknowledgement
that the shipment was received in good condition and without
any damages or shortages.
· If at the time of delivery, the driver demands
to leave before you inspect your packages, please note
on your receipt (near your signature) that the driver
did not allow you to do so.
· If you have any questions, during the delivery

If concealed damage is discovered:
· Save All Shipping Packages and
packing materials
· Immediately Request an inspection by the carrier
and file a freight claim.
If packing materials are not saved, you will not be refunded
for any damages that occurred. Failure to follow any of
the above guidelines will not allow you to return any
merchandise or file any claims for damages.
