Product Warranties
All products sold by Knox come with the
standard manufacturer’s warranty, which are stated
in more detail on the page where the product is displayed.
Returns for Home Customers or
Orders Shipped To a Residential Address
Before returning any product purchased,
you must contact our Customer Service Department, for
instructions. Any request for a return must be made within
15 days of receipt of your order. A 30% restocking fee
will apply to the return of any regularly stocked item.
Equipment and special order items cannot be returned.
All returns must be properly packaged
and shipped pre-paid. Any returned product and equipment
must be in a new, unused condition and must be in its
original packaging. It then must be inspected by us for
any damage or usage before we issue a credit or refund.
If your request for a return is not made
in advance, Knox may not be able to process any credits
or refunds for your returned product.
Returns for All Other Customers
Before returning any products, you must

Our regularly stocked items are normally
eligible for a full refund. Return of special order items
will be subject to restocking fees (minimum of 30%). Equipment
items may be subject to restocking fees (minimum of 30%).
